The Land and Soil jurisdiction is the jurisdiction of governance where the sovereign people exists who are the Creators of government. It is physically confined within your County borders. This jurisdiction had been vacated and usurped by government service providers in the American people’s absence.

Our Counties joined together to form the States of America as the National Government of this country. The original 13 states grew to become 50 national, republican states that we refer to today as The Union States. Together, the 50 Union States do business as “The United States,” an unincorporated holding company.

That describes our republican form of government. The law of our republican states provides that the rights of the individual is supreme. Respect and mutual support of individual rights are paramount. If it’s not, then we know that our own are in jeopardy.

The Assembly is the established structure that Americans use to organize our government. The sovereignty of the people is vested in a local County Assembly government in what is regarded as the original soil jurisdiction. Those Counties elect deputies to form their Union State Assembly government body politic. This Assembly appropriates the funding of the public services and infrastructure for each of the counties of that State.

To protect the people and their assets is the only reason the sovereign people created government.
